宝石英语（以下称"本应用"，包括 iPhone/iPad 版、安卓版和网页版 intelligenthome.app/gem）由 Intelligent Home Limited 提供。我们尽量不收集任何个人信息。本政策说明本应用会处理哪些数据、为什么，以及你可以怎么做。
1. 我们不收集的
- 不需要注册账号，不收集姓名、手机号、邮箱、通讯录、位置、照片或麦克风录音。如果你发邮件给我们（包括单词卡上"报错"打开的邮件），我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容，只用来回复你和修正内容。
- 没有广告，不做跨应用或跨网站追踪。App 里没有任何统计或分析工具；网页版使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 统计匿名的访问量（不使用 Cookie，不追踪个人）。
- 不出售、不出租任何数据。
2. 只保存在你设备上的数据
学习进度、等级、卡牌和宝石、笔记、圈画、设置（如口音选择）和你点"报错"记下的词，都只保存在你的手机或电脑浏览器里，不会上传给我们。
- App：卸载本应用即全部删除。手机的系统备份（iCloud 或 Google 备份）可能包含这些数据，由 Apple 或 Google 按你的设置保存在你自己的账号里，我们无法访问；下载的读音包不进备份。
- 网页版：保存在浏览器的本地存储里。清除浏览器中 intelligenthome.app 的网站数据即可删除。网页版的进度不会同步到 App。
3. 读音下载和播放
App 的读音包和网页版的单词读音来自我们的文件服务器 packs.intelligenthome.app，它托管在 Cloudflare（Cloudflare R2）。和访问任何网站一样，下载时 Cloudflare 会处理你的 IP 地址和设备的基本请求信息（如浏览器类型），用于传输文件和防止滥用。这些请求里不包含你的学习数据。网页版本身由 intelligenthome.app 的服务器提供，同样经过 Cloudflare 传输，Cloudflare 也会处理这些页面请求的 IP 地址。服务器会按常规保存访问日志（IP 地址、时间、请求的页面），仅用于运行和安全，最长保留 15 天后自动删除。
4. 购买
- iPhone/iPad 版：L3、L4 通过 Apple 的 App 内购买付款，由 Apple 处理。我们收不到你的 Apple 账户信息或付款信息，只从 Apple 得到"已购买哪一级"的确认，这个确认保存在你的设备上。
- 安卓版（Google Play）：通过 Google Play 结算付款，由 Google 处理，同样我们收不到你的付款信息。
- 网页版目前不出售任何内容。
5. 儿童
本应用不要求提供任何个人信息，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
6. 你的权利
因为我们基本不持有你的个人数据，删除本应用或清除浏览器数据就能删除你的学习数据。

本政策如有变化，会更新本页面并修改上面的生效日期。

Gem English Privacy Policy

Gem English (宝石英语; the iPhone/iPad app, the Android app and the web version at intelligenthome.app/gem) is provided by Intelligent Home Limited. We collect as little as possible.
What we don't collect. No account is needed. We don't collect your name, phone number, email, contacts, location, photos or microphone audio. If you email us (including the email that 报错 on a word card opens), we receive your address and message and use them only to reply and to fix the content. There are no ads and no tracking across apps or websites. The apps contain no analytics; the web version uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous visit counts (no cookies, no personal tracking). We never sell or rent data.
Stored only on your device. Your progress, levels, cards and gems, notes, drawings, settings and the words you mark with 报错 (report) are stored only on your phone or in your browser and are never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them (except copies in your own device backup: iCloud or Google backup may include them, kept by Apple or Google under your settings in your own account, which we cannot access; downloaded audio packs are excluded from backup). On the web they live in the browser's local storage; clearing the site data for intelligenthome.app deletes them. Web progress does not sync to the apps.
Audio. Audio packs for the apps and word audio for the web are downloaded from packs.intelligenthome.app, hosted on Cloudflare R2. As with any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type) to deliver the files and prevent abuse. No learning data is included. The web version is served by the intelligenthome.app server, also through Cloudflare, which likewise processes the IP address of those page requests. The server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for operation and security, deleted automatically after at most 15 days.
Purchases. On iPhone/iPad, L3 and L4 are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment, and we never see your Apple account or payment details. We only receive Apple's confirmation of which levels you own, kept on your device. On Android (Google Play), Google Play Billing processes the payment in the same way. The web version sells nothing at present.
Children. The app asks for no personal information, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Your choices. Deleting the app or clearing browser data removes your learning data.
Changes and contact. We will update this page and its effective date if this policy changes.
