Explorer 2033 Pinball
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
The short version
The game
No account and no sign-in. The game plays offline and keeps your high scores and settings only on your device.
Optional rewarded ads
When you lose your last ball, you can choose to watch an ad to get one extra ball, once per game. The ads come from Google, which collects device and usage data to provide them (see below). There are no other ads.
Your ad choices
Where the law requires it, Google asks for your consent first, and on iPhone and iPad you decide whether the app may track you. Where Google’s consent tool applies to you, you can change your consent at any time under PRIVACY › AD PRIVACY CHOICES in the game’s main menu; on iPhone and iPad you can change tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Web leaderboard
Optional. If you submit a score, we store the nickname you type, your score and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used against spam. The site counts visits with cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Who we are
Explorer 2033 Pinball is made by Intelligent Home Limited. Intelligent Home Limited publishes the Android app on Google Play and the web version. The iPhone and iPad app is published on the App Store by Fan Yulong. The ads in the apps and on the website are served through Google accounts (Google AdMob and Google AdSense) operated by Intelligent Home Limited. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Intelligent Home Limited and, for the iPhone and iPad app, also Fan Yulong.
This policy covers the Explorer 2033 Pinball apps for iPhone, iPad and Android (“the apps”) and the version you can play in a web browser at intelligenthome.app/pinball (“the web version”). You can open it at any time from PRIVACY › PRIVACY POLICY in the game’s main menu. Contact: support@intelligenthome.app
What the game itself stores
- No account, no personal details. The game does not ask for your name, e-mail address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone.
- Plays offline. Everything the game needs is built in, so you can play without an internet connection. Only the optional ads need one (and, for the web version, loading the page and the optional leaderboard).
- Stored on your device only: your top 10 high scores and your settings (for example control preferences). The apps keep them in their private storage so the game remembers them, and the game does not send them to us or to anyone else. Your device may include them in its own backups (such as iCloud Backup or Android backup) under the terms of its maker. Deleting the app deletes this data. The web version stores the same things in your browser (see “The web version”).
- No purchases inside the app. Downloads are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. They may give us aggregated statistics, such as the number of downloads, and crash reports from people who have allowed their device to share them with developers. These do not tell us who you are.
Optional rewarded ads
How they work
- When you lose your last ball, the game may offer “WATCH AD · +1 BALL” or “NO THANKS”. Only if you choose to watch, and finish the ad, do you get one extra ball and the same game continues. The offer appears at most once per game.
- If you close the ad early, you get no extra ball and the game ends as usual, with no other penalty. If no ad can be shown (for example because you are offline, Google has no ad to show, or your consent choices do not allow ads), the offer simply does not appear.
- There are no other ads: no banners and no ads that interrupt the game.
- The ads need an internet connection; the game itself does not.
Who provides them
- Apps: Google AdMob, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK, with Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent.
- Web version: Google AdSense (H5 Games Ads), with Google’s Privacy & messaging tool for consent. Ads on the web version are switched on only after Google approves the site; until then the web version shows no ads.
So that an ad is ready when you need it, the apps contact Google each time they start while you are online: Google’s consent tool first checks whether a consent message is needed, and once ads are allowed, Google’s ad software loads an ad in advance. When ads are switched on for the web version, Google’s code loads with the page in the same way. This means Google may receive the information below even if you never choose to watch an ad.
Google collects this information directly and decides how to use it, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal information about you from Google; we see only aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned, which do not identify you.
What Google may collect
| IP address | Your IP address, and the approximate location (such as country or city) worked out from it. |
|---|---|
| Device identifiers | On Android: the advertising ID and the App Set ID. On iPhone and iPad: the advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking, and the identifier for vendor (IDFV). |
| Interactions | For example which ads were shown, whether you watched, closed or tapped them, and app launches. |
| Diagnostics | Performance and crash data from Google’s ad software, and technical details such as device model, operating system and app version. |
| Cookies (web) | Cookies and similar storage set in your browser by Google’s ad and consent tools, including one that remembers your consent choices, plus the information your browser sends with every request. |
What it is used for
- choosing and showing ads, and measuring how they perform (for example whether an ad was watched to the end);
- limiting how often you see the same ad (frequency capping);
- showing personalised ads, but only where you have consented or, where the law does not require consent, have not opted out;
- preventing fraud and abuse and keeping the service secure;
- analytics, and maintaining and improving Google’s services.
We ask Google to show only ads that suit a general audience: in the apps, the maximum ad content rating is set to G (“general audiences”). No filter is perfect, so please report any ad that seems inappropriate (see “Report an inappropriate ad”).
Advertising cookies on the website
On the web version, once its ads are switched on:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this website and/or other websites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (My Ad Center). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your ad choices
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google shows a consent message the first time the app starts (or you open the web version), before any ads are requested. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, device identifiers and personal data for ads only as far as you allow there. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If you do not consent, Google may show only limited or non-personalised ads, which are not based on your past activity, or no ads at all, in which case the extra-ball offer does not appear. Google may still process some data, for example to prevent fraud, on the legal bases described in its privacy policy.
US state privacy laws
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), letting Google collect data for personalised ads may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as “targeted advertising”, under that law. You can opt out through Google’s US state privacy message, which you can open from PRIVACY › AD PRIVACY CHOICES.
Change your choices at any time
- In the game: open PRIVACY › AD PRIVACY CHOICES in the main menu to reopen Google’s form and change or withdraw your choices. This item appears where Google’s consent tool applies to you.
- iPhone and iPad: the app asks through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt (sometimes after a short explanation from Google) whether it may track you. Only if you allow it can Google use your device’s IDFA. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, ads still work without the IDFA and the extra ball is exactly the same. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android: in Settings › Google › Ads (the exact path differs between devices) you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
- Google: control personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center.
- Web browsers: aboutads.info/choices (US) and youronlinechoices.eu (Europe) let you opt out of personalised ads from many ad companies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your consent choices are stored on your device (in the apps) or in a cookie (on the web) so that you are not asked every time.
Report an inappropriate ad
If you see an ad that seems inappropriate, choose PRIVACY › REPORT AN AD in the game’s main menu, or e-mail us at support@intelligenthome.app. If you can, tell us what the ad showed, when you saw it and which version you were playing (iPhone/iPad, Android or web). We will pass it on to Google and block the ad where Google lets us.
The web version
The web version plays in your browser without an account. It works like the apps, with the differences below.
Optional world leaderboard
When a game ends, you can type a nickname to put your score on the world leaderboard, or skip it. Nothing is sent unless you submit. If you submit, our server stores:
| Nickname | The name you type (1–16 characters). Nicknames containing offensive words are rejected. |
|---|---|
| Score and game length | Your final score and how long the game lasted, used to reject impossible scores. |
| Date and time | When the score was submitted. |
| Hashed IP address | A one-way, salted hash of your IP address. It is used only to limit how often scores can be sent from the same connection (one every 10 seconds, at most 200 per day). Your IP address itself is not stored in the leaderboard. |
- Public: the leaderboard shows each nickname’s best score and its date to everyone. Please do not use your real name or anything else personal as your nickname.
- How long: entries are kept for as long as the leaderboard runs, unless you ask us to remove them. We may remove entries that are abusive or clearly not genuine.
- Why we may use it: because you choose to submit it, and because of our legitimate interest in keeping the leaderboard fair and free of spam.
Stored in your browser
The web version saves your high scores, the nickname you last used (so you don’t have to type it again), your control settings, and small technical markers that pick a suitable graphics quality and help the game recover if a phone or tablet runs out of memory. The game uses your browser’s local storage and session storage for this, not cookies. It stays in your browser; only the nickname is sent, and only when you submit a score. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Google’s ad and consent tools may store their own cookies and data in your browser, as described under “Optional rewarded ads”.
Hosting, delivery and visit statistics
The website is hosted on our server and delivered through Cloudflare, which speeds up delivery and protects the site against attacks. As with any website, these services process your IP address and basic browser information in order to deliver the pages, and this may appear in standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting and deleted on a rolling basis. The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and measures how fast pages load without cookies and without following you across other websites. Ads on the website are provided separately by Google, as described above.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade the personal information we hold (leaderboard entries). The other parties involved are:
- Google, which collects data directly through its ad and consent tools as an independent controller, as described above. Under some US state laws this may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; see “US state privacy laws” for how to opt out.
- Our cloud hosting provider and Cloudflare, which host and deliver the website and process data on our behalf.
We only use third parties, such as Google’s advertising services, our hosting provider and Cloudflare, that provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this policy. We will disclose information only if the law requires it.
International transfers
Google processes data in many countries, including the United States, and our hosting provider and Cloudflare may also process data outside your country. For data leaving the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google describes the safeguards it uses in its privacy policy; for our own providers, we rely on the safeguards in their data protection terms.
Children
Explorer 2033 Pinball is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The ads are optional and play only when the player chooses to watch one, and we ask Google to show only ads suitable for a general audience (rating G in the apps). The web leaderboard is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in their country). If you believe a child has given us personal information, for example as a leaderboard nickname, contact us and we will remove it.
How long data is kept
- Ad data: we keep none, because we never receive it. Google keeps the data it collects according to its privacy policy. You can break the link to past ad data by resetting or deleting your advertising ID (Android), by not allowing tracking (iPhone and iPad) or by clearing cookies (web). Uninstalling the app removes the game’s data and the consent choices that Google’s tools stored in the app.
- Game data: high scores and settings stay on your device until you delete the app or clear the site’s data.
- Leaderboard: kept as long as the leaderboard runs, unless you ask us to remove an entry.
- Server logs: deleted on a rolling basis.
If you have a question about your data, contact us.
Your rights
- You never have to give us any information to play: the leaderboard and the ads are optional.
- To have a leaderboard entry removed or to ask what we hold, e-mail us the nickname, the approximate date and the score. We don’t know who players are, so these details are how we find the entry.
- Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR (with similar rights in Switzerland), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing that happened before). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- Under US state privacy laws (such as California’s), you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
- Google collects ad data directly, and we can neither see it nor link it to you, so requests about that data are best made to Google using the tools above. For anything else, e-mail us and we will reply within the time the law requires.
Security
The website and the leaderboard are served only over HTTPS. We keep as little data as possible, and IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes. Google’s ad tools send data to Google over encrypted connections.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

本政策适用于 iPhone、iPad、Android 版 App(“App”),以及可在浏览器里玩的网页版(intelligenthome.app/pinball,“网页版”)。 联系邮箱:support@intelligenthome.app。
Google
用途
- 选择和展示广告,并衡量广告效果(例如广告是否被看完);
- 控制同一条广告给你看的次数(频次控制);
- 展示个性化广告,但仅限你已同意的情况,或在法律不要求同意时你没有选择退出的情况;
- 防止欺诈和滥用,保障服务安全;
Cookie
- 网页浏览器:aboutads.info/choices(美国)和 youronlinechoices.eu(欧洲)可以让你退出许多广告公司的个性化广告。
